Look. We aren't a big company. There's just a few people running this operation. We don't have a lot of fancy rules and stuff. (That way it's easier to just do what we want and it's harder for you to sue us about it.)
We will happily exchange any clothing item for another item or size if the item is unworn and returned in new condition. The only exception to this policy is personalized items (hockey jerseys, hats, etc.) and embroidered items. No refunds will be given - store credit only. Please email us if you have an issue and we will work with you to do what's fair!
